The War in the Pacific - A Retrospective
This World War II combat veteran discusses some of the major battles fought during the Pacific War, battles in which he participated. None were needed to defeat Japan. Our nation has long needed to apologize, with shame, to all who fell in battles that should not have been fought, or who went to battles led by incompetent commanders, or those who were worse.

From City Slicker to Desert Dirt Devil
When you think of camouflage, the first thing that probably comes to mind is standard issue greens that look like someone took three or four paintbrushes with different shades of green and splashed them randomly on the clothes. You probably also think of extremely insulated and thick material that almost feels like canvas.

Torture Is Not Justified

Educating Yourself on Unmanned Vehicles and the Future Fighting Force
Many arm chair couch potato Generals sit and scream at the TV when it comes to fighting wars. Convenient indeed, sitting their calling the shots and complaining about what is going on at the unit or ground level - how on Earth would they know what is going on, as whatever is on the TV is hardly real.

Small Nation-State Robotic Unmanned Vehicles Tactics
When a smaller nation-state is defending itself against another small nation-state then 15,000 robotic unmanned vehicles are a very viable war toy. Thus any allied nation would be wise to own tens of thousands of them, but any rogue nation-state, challenging the Free-World would simply add fodder and targets to their own demise. Any nation attacking a small rogue nation which did not have NATO support could use robotic unmanned vehicles extremely affectively without maximum air-support and have an excellent chance for a full and quick victory.

A well respected gentleman named Charles Martel, has proof that Iran's denial is in question. Saddam said he had nuclear weapons that he did not actually have and Iran says it doesn't have nuclear weapons equipment that it does have? Moral of the story is whatever they say; the opposite is actually true.

An Iraqi Tet Offensive?
Reported plans for an Iraqi offensive this summer could, if they prove to be true, finally push public opinion on the war to the point where Congress is forced to withdraw American troops. Such an occurrence would prove disastrous for U.S. national security interests in the region.
